residences on Sydney’s leafy upper North Shore.
Solution
The biggest challenge with this market segment is overcoming the inertia of leaving
the family nest. This inspired a brand concept that tied into the leafy surrounds, and communicates the freedoms of low-maintenance, lock-and-leave living through
the proposition ‘Spread your wings’. 

The visual identity uses beautiful feather textures and the language draws parallels
to the freedoms of a bird.
